The recently passed LEARNS Act required every county in AR to be covered under a local lead organization.  This organization was tasked with providing support to early childcare providers and families of children from birth to five with the goal of enhancing access to early education and improving kindergarten readiness.  Northcentral AR ESC is proud to be serving as the local lead organization for Fulton, Izard, Sharp, and Stone counties.
