The Northcentral AR ESC provides early childhood special education services to 3-5 year olds for eleven school districts in Northcentral Arkansas.  NAESC strives to help children with developmental delays receive the services they need to thrive in school and life.  We provide these services in accordance with part B of the IDEA Special Education Act.  Services provided include individualized instruction provided by licensed special education teachers to address delays in the six developmental domains (gross motor, fine motor, cognition, communication, self-help, and social emotional skills), speech-language therapy, physical therapy, and occupational therapy.
